Dancing and La Moda on the tune of Debussy and Ravel’s Bolero

Sunday 31 July 2022, 21.15, Amphitheater of Vittoriale degli Italiani. On stage d’Annunzio’s Secrets, choreography created by Matteo Levaggi and interpretated by Mara Galeazzi, principal of the Royal Ballet of London. She performs as Ida Rubinstein accompanied by Lorenzo Lelli and Vincenzo Romano, new graduates of Accademia Teatro alla Scala.

The ballet takes you to the second decade of the nineteenth Century, to Paris living by the Ballets Russes to which Gabriele d’Annunzio and Claude Debussy assisted.

Outlooks made by Federico Sangalli, prete-a-porter to crown the ballet.

To introduce the ballet, starting from 6 pm, a special exposition dedicated to Ida Rubenstein will take place at Museo d’Annunzio Segreto. The programme of this anterprime consists of a documentary and a guided tour cured by Sonia Schoonejans.
